Yes. Custivo works with the ikas cart, so configured products reach checkout with their selections.

Q: Do I have to edit my ikas theme?

No. The widget comes with the app and places the button under add-to-cart on every theme we support. If yours isn't on the list yet, you set the position from the dashboard, still without touching theme code.

Q: Can I change my plan from inside ikas?

On the ikas integration your subscription is managed through Custivo: change, upgrade or cancel your plan in the Custivo dashboard whenever you want, and the charge never appears on your ikas invoice.

Q: Will it slow my store down?

No. The widget only starts up once your page has loaded, and 3D files are compressed and downloaded only when a shopper opens the experience. Your product page's own load time is untouched.

Q: How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with 7 days free and no credit card. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going; if you don't, the subscription simply stops.

ikas gives apps no block and no place in the theme editor, so we solved placement inside the widget instead. On every theme we have surveyed, the Custivo button sits directly under the add-to-cart button, and you never touch a single theme setting.

Turkish from day one

Custivo opens in whatever language your ikas admin is in, and the viewer speaks the languages your store sells in. Each product's copy is written once, in the Texts tab.

Every plan includes the 3D viewer and AR. Virtual try-on, the configurator, customization and photorealistic renders come with the higher plans. Views are unlimited on all of them, and there are no transaction fees.
