Start from your product photo
The watch face photo you already use on the product page is the asset. There is no 3D model to produce.

Drag a bracket across the case on the photo and type the millimetres it spans. That one measurement is what the true size is built from.

The shopper adds their wrist
They upload a photo of their wrist and give its width in millimetres. The watch comes back placed on it, at its real size.

The case size comes from your measurement and the wrist size from the shopper's. When the case is wider than the wrist, the case keeps its real size, because that is how it would sit.
Your photograph, not a rendering
The dial, the finish and the strap are your own studio image. Nothing is rebuilt or recoloured between the product page and the wrist.
One photo from the shopper
No camera to hold steady. On a computer, a QR code moves the photo step to the phone, and the result appears back on the page.
