Tangiblee alternatives, for watch and jewelry try-on

The short answer

Custivo is the better answer when the question is size: the merchant marks the case on the product photo, the shopper gives their own wrist width in millimetres, and the watch is drawn at the size it really is — on any of four store platforms, with 3D, AR and customization on the same subscription. Tangiblee is worth weighing against that if your catalogue runs to thousands of pieces and you want a vendor to produce and run it: they build it from the photography you already have, at a scale we do not publish a plan for, and wearing several rings or earrings at once is theirs today.

What the two cost

Tangiblee publishes one plan on its listing: billed a year at a time, capped at 500 SKUs on a site under 20,000 visitors a month, with an e-mail address above either ceiling. Their help centre adds that the real figure depends on the platform, the monthly traffic, the size of the catalogue and how many products join it each month. The table shows that plan as a monthly figure because that is how they present their own pricing. Custivo publishes three rungs and bills by the month.

Where Custivo is the better answer

The size is measured, not picked from a list

The merchant drags a bracket across the product photograph and types what it spans in millimetres. The shopper gives their own wrist width the same way, with a ruler and an arm flat on the table. The case is then drawn at its real size on that photo, with dimension lines that appear only once both halves are declared. Tangiblee's equivalent is a wrist size selector on a model photo — the shopper chooses from prepared widths. And when the case is wider than the wrist our strap runs out and the case holds its true millimetres, because a 44 mm diver on a 40 mm wrist is a thing people try and want to see.

More than try-on on one subscription

The 3D viewer and AR are on every Custivo plan. The configurator and made-to-order customization start on the Grow plan, and every customized order arrives with a print-ready file; from the same plan a Shopify order can be handed to Printful or Printify without anybody re-typing it. Tangiblee's listing raises none of this — it is visual commerce for a catalogue you already photograph.

Wherever your store runs

Custivo has its own apps for Shopify, ikas, Wix and Salla, and runs on any other storefront from a single snippet — one store per subscription, on whichever platform that store is on. Tangiblee is listed on Shopify alone; their help centre names Shopify, Magento, SFCC, BigCommerce and custom platforms, integrated by their own team.

Where Tangiblee is the better answer

The deepest jewelry catalogue on this shelf

Rings, earrings, bracelets and pendants stack: several pieces worn together, mixed across categories, added to the basket in one motion. A skin tone slider and an adjustable silhouette let a shopper pick a hand nearer their own. Custivo holds one product per scene and the compositor places one piece at a time, so a shopper who wants to see a stack cannot build it here.

They produce the catalogue for you

Tangiblee works from the product photography already on your site and says it is live across the whole catalogue inside a week, at a scale it puts at 100,000 SKUs. Almost every client takes the managed route, where their team does effectively the entire integration. With Custivo the merchant builds each scene in the panel, and the published plans stop at 100 of them; past that it is a conversation rather than a rung on the page.

They can tell you what the try-on did

Tangiblee gives clients a portal reporting usage and conversion impact, and publishes case studies from named jewellers. Custivo reports engagement and revenue for its 3D viewer and its shoe try-on; the watch, bracelet, ring and earring try-ons do not record events yet, so that question has no answer here today.

So which one

Both lists are honest, and the second one is not a formality. If what your store needs is on it, weigh that properly — finding out here costs you an afternoon, and finding out after a month of trying costs you the month.

Choose Custivo if

You want the case drawn at the millimetre it really is, on your shopper's own wrist.

Your store runs on ikas, Wix, Salla or your own platform.

You need the 3D viewer, AR, the configurator or customization on the same subscription.

Tangiblee may be the better fit if

Your catalogue runs to thousands of pieces and you want it produced and run for you.

You want shoppers to wear several rings, earrings or bracelets at once.

You are buying an annual contract with an account manager behind it.

Switching from Tangiblee

Move when the size is the thing you cannot get right, when you need 3D, AR or customization beside the try-on, or when the store is not on Shopify. Building one watch scene and putting it on a real photo takes an afternoon, so the test costs less than the decision. Where a vendor already produces the catalogue and the invoice is not a problem, the disruption is the thing to weigh against all three.

Your glTF and GLB models import as they are — the modelling work is not repeated.

Custivo has its own apps for Shopify, ikas, Wix and Salla, and runs anywhere else through a script tag — your store keeps the platform it is on.

The trial is long enough to rebuild one product and compare the two side by side before you cancel anything.
