Where Custivo is the better answer
No cut of your sales
Zakeke takes a percentage of every order that goes through it, on every plan, and the only way to shrink it is to move up a tier. Custivo takes nothing. Past a few hundred customized orders a month that line is bigger than the subscription it sits next to.
Full access costs less than half
The configurator and customization sit in our Grow plan; photorealistic renders in Scale, which still lands well under Zakeke's equivalent tier while allowing the same number of products. Try-on is on every plan of ours, including the entry one. On the entry plans the comparison is closer and Zakeke gives you more.
Whichever platform you sell on
Custivo has its own apps for Shopify, ikas, Wix and Salla — the last being the Saudi market's own app store — and runs on any other storefront through a script tag. A subscription covers one store and does not mind which platform that store is on, so a move later does not cost you the scenes. Each store also issues an API key, from the Grow plan up, if your own systems need to read what is published.
Where Zakeke is the better answer
A wider set of fulfilment networks
Zakeke hands finished designs to Printful, CustomCat and Order Desk. Custivo reaches Printful and Printify, and only from Shopify orders — on ikas, Wix and Salla the files are still forwarded by hand. If you print through CustomCat or Order Desk, or you sell on one of those three platforms, this row decides the comparison.
Nine years of accumulated edge cases
A customizer earns its value in details — font handling, clipart libraries, conditional rules, the seventeenth thing a customer tries to upload. Zakeke has been listed since 2017 and has had longer than anyone here to meet them.
Everything unlocked on a development store
Their free tier opens every feature on a dev store, so an agency can build and approve the whole configuration before anybody pays. Ours is a time-boxed trial instead, which fits that workflow less neatly.
So which one
Both lists are honest, and the second one is not a formality. If what your store needs is on it, weigh that properly — finding out here costs you an afternoon, and finding out after a month of trying costs you the month.
Choose Custivo if
Your order values are high enough that a percentage of each sale outweighs the subscription.
You sell something with a shape — footwear, furniture, eyewear, jewelry — and want it rotated, placed in the room, or tried on.
Your store runs on ikas, Wix, Salla or your own platform rather than Shopify.

Switching from Zakeke
Your models come with you. Custivo reads the same glTF and GLB files a Zakeke 3D scene was built from, so the modelling — the expensive part — is not repeated. What does not carry over is anything held in Zakeke's own format: configuration rules, print templates and design presets are rebuilt here. On a catalogue of a few dozen products that is an afternoon; on a few thousand it is a project, and you should plan it as one.
