Every plan starts with 7 days free and no credit card. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going; if you don't, the subscription simply stops.

If you signed up directly on custivo.com, you pay by card and your invoice is sent automatically. If you installed from an app store (Shopify, ikas, Wix or Salla), the charge appears on your platform invoice instead.

Yes, change it from your dashboard whenever you like. For app-store installs the change follows that platform's billing rules.

A scene is a single experience you publish: a 3D viewer, a try-on, a configurator or a customizer. One scene is one SKU; a variant you sell under its own SKU spends one too.

The scenes you have already published keep working. To publish more, move up to the next plan. Nothing is deleted.

Each subscription connects to one store, whatever platform it runs on. If you have more than one store, Enterprise sets the limits with you.

Nothing stops. Experiences keep opening, no scene is switched off, and we never count views or charge for them. It is not a ceiling: it tells you the size of shop the published plans were built for. When you pass it we write to you and price a plan around your catalogue.

Annual plans are billed once a year, at the discounted per-month rate shown on this page.

Prices exclude VAT. The applicable rate is added at checkout, based on your billing country.
