No. Your models are yours to supply or commission. If you need a large pre-built frame library, a specialist optical vendor is the better fit.

Q: Is the shopper's face recorded?

No. Tracking runs on the shopper's device and the live picture is never uploaded.

Q: Does it work for sunglasses too?

Yes. A sunglass frame is a 3D model like any other.

Placement on the face is tuned for eyewear already. You adjust scale and position per frame if one sits differently.

The camera stays on the phone

Tracking runs in the browser on the shopper's device. The live picture of their face is never uploaded or stored.

The same model turns in 3D on the product page, so hinges, temples and finish can be checked before the try-on even starts.

What glasses try-on needs

One 3D model per frame, in GLB format. Custivo does not ship a library of commercial frames: the models are yours to supply, or our 3D team builds them for a quoted price per product.

It runs in the default browser on iPhone and Android, on Shopify, ikas, Wix, Salla or any other storefront. A shop that sells eyewear next to other ranges covers all of them on one subscription. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Glasses try-on is included in every plan. Each scene counts toward the plan's camera try-on allowance, and that allowance grows with the plan.
